Neil, John, Luke & Sergio are incredible people. The work they put out is amazing, the customer service is exceptional, and it’s just hard to find a team like theirs! Neil & John installed our new shop logos and they look UNREAL!

Xcite, formerly CGS Vinyl, has earned my highest recommendation. I have dealt with several wrap shops in the Birmingham area, and Xcite surpassed every one of them. Where other shops failed, Xcite delivered. More importantly, when an issue arose, the team stood behind its work, corrected the problem, and made certain that I was completely satisfied with the final result. The best comparison I can offer is that Xcite provides Rolls-Royce-level craftsmanship and service for the price of a BMW 5 Series. The quality, value, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction are exceptional. They do not consider the job complete until the customer is 100% satisfied. I recommend Xcite without reservation to anyone considering a vehicle wrap.

I'm very happy with the ppf job Xcite did on my new M2! I've never done ppf before and was hesitant to do it, but based on recommendations from my friends who've used Xcite and been very happy with them I decided to reach out to them. I stopped in and spoke with Neil and Jon and asked lots of questions about the product and process. They were very nice to answer all of them with honest answers and never tried to "sell" me on doing it. Neil made sure I was happy with everything after he was finished and before I left. When I stopped by for my follow up visit to look everything over Neil jumped straight out there and didn't keep me waiting, which was nice. They take pride in doing a great job and making sure I also feel they did a great job. To say I am picky is an understatement and am sure I'm in the running for their pickiest customer (or winner, right? lol ), but am very happy with the result as is everyone else who has seen how good a job they did on my car : )

I wish I had more room to say how amazing Neil and his team are. From conception to completion, the process is smooth and almost surreal. Neil has an imagination that few people could even conceive of putting to art as he does. Give him a few ideas and the rest is history. There is no better than Xcite. Period.

Glad I found out about Xcite. Great owner, very accomodating, knowledgeable and didnt push for services I didnt need. The shop was clean & organized. Will definitely be coming back when I purchase my next truck in 2 years. I needed PPF to cover the front rake of the hood on my super duty truck to protect against rock chips. They scheduled me right away and custom fitted a piece just like I asked for. Great work and you cant even tell it is there! Highly recommend
